RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview At ASC MAGNETIX, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. This policy applies to all orders placed on ascmagnetix.com worldwide.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Customised or final sale items are non-returnable

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to buyer's change of mind: return shipping is paid by the buyer
  • Returns due to a confirmed defect or error on our part: we cover return shipping costs

Warranty & Defective Items

  • All products carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects
  • To make a warranty claim, customers must submit photo or video evidence of the defect to support@ascmagnetix.com
  • Defects must be validated by our team before any replacement or refund is issued
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered

International Orders

  • We only ship to verified delivery addresses
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country
  • Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

  • Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 15% of the item value applies to all returns where the item is not defective (change of mind returns). This fee is deducted from your refund. Note: EU customers are exempt from restocking fees under EU consumer protection law.

    Return Postage Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for all change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Note: EU customers returning items under the 14-day withdrawal right are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.
