Crystal & Stone Setting Guarantee: Crystals and stones are warranted for 1 year against defect-related loss or loosening from their settings under normal wear.

Clasps & Normal Wear: Clasps, closures, and structural links are subject to daily wear and tear and are not covered under warranty for malfunction or breakage resulting from use.

Plating & Finish Care: Plating is covered against normal wear defects. Important Exclusion: Damage, fading, or discoloration of plated finishes caused by exposure to swimming pools (chlorine), hot tubs, salt water, body chemistry, perfumes, lotions, or chemical cleaners is considered environmental damage and is strictly excluded from warranty coverage.
